Brookstreet Hotel is the landmark property in Ottawa's tech corridor — hosting corporate retreats, leadership summits, product launches, and high-end weddings for an executive clientele. Its Marshes Ballroom accommodates up to 800 guests in banquet format, with a refined finish level that matches our Full Production package.
The tech corridor demographic means that Brookstreet clients are accustomed to broadcast-quality production. A dim projector or borrowed screen is noticed. LED walls with operator coverage and a clean technical setup are the baseline expectation for corporate events here.
Load-in is via the hotel service entrance. Advance coordination with the Brookstreet events team is standard — we've navigated the setup window and rigging guidelines for this venue. Recommended: Full or Full Production package, with 11.5 × 6.6 ft or 16.5 × 9.9 ft wall depending on the room section.
