Rogers Centre Ottawa is known for its glass atrium, which floods the main event space with daylight — making projection nearly unusable during daytime conferences. LED walls are the right call for any session that runs while house lights are up.
The venue hosts a high volume of multi-track conferences where planners manage their own breakout rooms, gala dinners, satellite sessions, and side events running parallel to the main program. These are the events we work on here — association meetings, awards nights, networking galas, and sessions where the planner is sourcing their own AV.
Recommended package: Full for breakout and gala use. For panel-style sessions in the smaller meeting rooms, our Lite package with an 8.25 × 6.6 ft wall (5 × 2 panels) is usually right-sized. Contact us with your specific session and we'll tell you exactly what works.
