What you should know

Downtown Ottawa, Confederation Square. The National Arts Centre houses multiple event spaces — from the 2,300-seat Southam Hall to the 150-seat Fourth Stage — all within one of Canada's most prestigious cultural addresses. Corporate planners and associations regularly book the NAC for galas, award ceremonies, and leadership summits where the setting is part of the message.

Mid-size event rooms at the NAC seat 250–600 guests in formats suited for our Full and Full Production packages. Our crew coordinates directly with NAC house technicians and IATSE personnel, so there are no turf conflicts on load-in day. We know the cable runs and power access for the Atrium and Studio rooms.

Recommended: Full Package with 11.5 × 6.6 ft wall for dinners and galas; Full Production with dual walls for conference sessions and touring-adjacent productions. Talk to us early — the NAC's load-in windows are tight, and advance planning matters.
